Spaghetti, fettuccini, tagliatelle, froth, shells and many other types appear daily in the kitchens of modern housewives, so the inevitable question arises: what to make from pasta?

    In fact, you can make anything from pasta: soup, salad, pasta, lasagna and even casserole. Consider a few simple, but very tasty recipes.

    Pasta bolognese

    In your kitchen there is minced meat and pasta, what to cook? Of course, real Italian pasta or spaghetti with bolognese sauce. For this you will need:

    • 200 grams of any pasta (Italians most often use spaghetti)
    • 500 grams of minced meat (better if it is a mixture of beef and pork)
    • 2 onions
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 3-4 tomatoes (if there are no tomatoes, they can be replaced by tomato paste)
    • Greens and spices to taste

    Boil macaroni in salted water. Meanwhile, we are preparing the sauce. Fry for a few minutes in a minced meat pan. Add to it blended or grated tomatoes (or tomato paste). Cut the onion and add it to the pan. Then we also send finely chopped garlic and herbs. Do not forget to salt and pepper. When the stuffing is ready, the sauce can be removed from the stove.     Chicken roast with pasta

    What to cook from chicken and pasta? If you have chicken, bell peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, tomato paste and spices, you will get excellent chicken roast with pasta.

    Fry chicken (preferably chicken breast) in vegetable or olive oil, salt and pepper. Five minutes before the readiness, add the diced Bulgarian pepper and finely chopped carrots and cover with all the tomato paste. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a small amount of water. Then pour boiled pasta, fry for 5 minutes. Before serving, decorate the dish with greens and cherry tomatoes.

    Pasta salad

    • 200 gr ham
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 200 grams of pasta (better to take the horns)
    • 2 tomatoes
    • Canned Corn

    Boil the pasta and cool. Ham and bell pepper cut into strips, tomatoes - into thin slices. Stir all the ingredients, salt and pepper. It is best to season this salad with olive oil.

    Ham Casserole

    You will need:

    • 300 gr any pasta
    • 250 g ham or bacon
    • 1 onion head
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 glass of milk or cream
    • Cheese (the more the better)
    • Greens and spices to taste

    To start, boil pasta until half cooked. Divide the pasta into two equal parts. Put half in a baking dish. Then fry the ham or bacon in vegetable oil, fold it on top of the pasta in a baking dish. Put the second half of the pasta on the ham. Fry onion in a little oil. Beat the milk and eggs, mix with half the cheese, basil, pepper and other spices. Pour the pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top and bake at 180 ° C for about 10-15 minutes. By the way, men can convert this recipe and bake pasta not with ham, but with sausages.

    Pasta with Bechamel Sauce

    Incredibly delicious macaroni is produced under another Italian sauce - bechamel. To make it you will need:

    • 50-100 grams of cheese
    • 100 grams of butter
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1 glass of milk or cream
    • Salt

    Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour to it. Then stir in the milk all the time. Add grated cheese at the end. This sauce can be watered any pasta, but the Italians still prefer spaghetti.

    Pasta with mushrooms

    Fans of mushrooms can cook pasta with mushrooms. For them, take: 250-300 grams of pasta, 300 grams of fresh champignons, a glass of milk, 150-200 grams of hard cheese, vegetable oil, salt and spices.

    Slice the champignons and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown appears at the end of roasting and salt it. Boil macaroni and fill with vegetable oil. Bring the milk to a boil, remove from the heat and add finely grated cheese and pepper. When the cheese is completely melted in the milk, mix the sauce with the pasta. Sprinkle pasta with roasted mushrooms before serving.

    Navy pasta

    And finally, the most popular pasta dish in men, which was presented to us by sailors - pasta in a naval manner.To make it you need only pasta, minced meat (or just a jar of stew), onions and spices.
