Mushrooms for the winter are harvested in different ways: pickled, dried or frozen. Personally, I like to freeze more, in the winter to get and cook from them any dish. Before freezing, mushrooms and need to be cleaned and boiled, then folded into a plastic box or wrapped in cling film and loaded into the freezer. But some types of mushrooms, for example, mushrooms or porcini mushrooms can be pickled in order to serve them as a snack by the winter table - it turns out very tasty. You can also dry the white mushrooms, but, for example, in a city apartment it is not very convenient to do this, you will not hang mushrooms on the rooms.

I would recommend marinating mushrooms - it's such a yummy! Wash the mushrooms and boil them in the marinade with vinegar and spices.
