Sweet brushwood on kefir. Taste as in childhood
The brushwood is a delicacy from childhood that many modern children do not even know about. But their mothers and grandmothers remember this crispy biscuits, fried in boiling oil and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
- Kefir - 1.5 glass
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Sahara - 3 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 2-3 glasses (this is the approximate amount of flour, if the dough sticks to your hands more)
- Vanilla sugar - optional bag
Knead the dough, it will turn out soft and should not stick to your hands.
Leave it on the table, covered with a towel for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour and divide the dough into 2 parts. From each part we make rectangles, 1-2 cm wide. We cut a hole in the center and wrap the brushwood.
Fry brushwood in vegetable oil until cooked.
After that, sprinkle brushwood with powdered sugar and serve.
