• Sweet brushwood on kefir. Taste as in childhood

    The brushwood is a delicacy from childhood that many modern children do not even know about. But their mothers and grandmothers remember this crispy biscuits, fried in boiling oil and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

    Ingredients:

    • Kefir - 1.5 glass
    • Eggs - 1 pc.
    • Sahara - 3 tbsp. l.
    • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
    • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
    • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
    • Flour - 2-3 glasses (this is the approximate amount of flour, if the dough sticks to your hands more)
    • Vanilla sugar - optional bag

    Cooking:

    Knead the dough, it will turn out soft and should not stick to your hands.

    Leave it on the table, covered with a towel for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle the table with flour and divide the dough into 2 parts. From each part we make rectangles, 1-2 cm wide. We cut a hole in the center and wrap the brushwood.

    Fry brushwood in vegetable oil until cooked.

    After that, sprinkle brushwood with powdered sugar and serve.
