As a main dish you can cook meat with pineapple baked in the oven. For this recipe, you can use any kind of meat: chicken, pork, beef or veal. Beforehand, it should be marinated and allowed to stand for at least an hour, and preferably all night. Due to this, the meat will be uniquely juicy and tender.
Veal with pineapple in the oven
- veal (better tenderloin) - 1 kg
- onion - 2-3 pieces
- hard cheese - 200–250 gr.
- chopped nutmeg - ½ tsp.
- fresh pineapple - 1 pc
- salt, pepper - to taste
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- olives - 10-12 pieces
- coriander - 2 sprigs
- vegetable oil
- Cooking marinade for our meat.Mix finely chopped 2-3 slices of fresh pineapple, pepper and salt, squeeze the same garlic.
- Beef cut into slices no thicker than 1.5 cm. Beat off. Mix with marinade and place in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
- After the meat has been sufficiently marinated, carefully wipe it off and fry it in a hot pan until it becomes crispy.
- Meanwhile, turn on the oven 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the pieces of beef on it. With a pepper and add a pinch of nutmeg.
- On top of the meat put fresh pineapple, sliced or diced. Slightly fry onions and also put it on the meat.
- Each slice sprinkled with grated cheese, and from above decorate with a twig of coriander. Who is not afraid of extra calories, can mix cheese with mayonnaise.
- Next, send our wonderful dish in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. After the expiry of the allotted time, turn off the oven, but do not reach the meat. Let him walk a little while the door is closed.
Chicken meat with pineapple in the oven
- chicken fillet - 600 gr.
- cheese - 150 gr.
- canned pineapple - 400 gr.
- Mayonnaise - 100 gr.
- Chicken meat is carefully discouraged, greased with your usual spices. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or grease. Put on it pieces of chicken fillet, one to another, leaving no distance between them.
- From above also close to each other, arrange the ringlets of pineapple. If you have already caught a pineapple cut into cubes, then simply cover the chicken fillet with a layer of pineapple.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle plenty of the dish. Top with all mayonnaise.
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the chicken there for about 30–35 minutes.
