How to cook strawberry kurd
You will need
- - strawberry - 200 g;
- - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- - Corn starch - 2.5 tablespoons.
Do the following with strawberries: Rinse the soil thoroughly, then remove the top, i.e. the leaves. Now the berry is ready for further procedures.
Put fresh strawberries in a blender. Then add sugar to it. Grind the resulting mixture to a uniform consistency. Thus, you get a berry puree.
Squeeze lemon juice. This can be done both manually and with a citrus juicer. Then mix it in a separate free dish with cornstarch. Stir the mixture thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous.
Mix the cornstarch and lemon juice to the strawberry puree. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly using a blender.
Put the future strawberry kurd in a saucepan.It is most convenient to use a medium-sized pot for this procedure. Put the dishes on the stove and cook the mixture over medium heat. When the mass boils, cook it, not forgetting to stir continuously for another 2 minutes, that is, until it thickens.
Put a thick mass of strawberries in a glass jar. Allow it to cool completely. Strawberry Kurd is ready! Keep this delicacy in the fridge.
