    Hot port wine with prunes and orangeis a recipe.


    1. port 400 ml;
    2. orange 1 pc;
    3. prunes 10 pcs;
    4. Allspice 6 peas.


    Pour the prunes with wine and leave for 30 minutes to infuse.  

    Add pepper to wine (allspice can be preheated in a dry frying pan) and orange zest. The wine is brought to a boil almost to the boil.

    Remove from heat, add fresh orange juice, mix.  

    We pour into warm glasses or glasses. Served with a few things prunes in a glass.
