    • 2 cups sour cream;
    • 1.5-2 glasses of water;
    • large onion;
    • three tbsp. l. flour;
    • ½ tbsp. l. salts;
    • three garlic cloves;
    • 5 tbsp. l. vegetable or butter;
    • spice;
    • salt.

    Instruction:

    1. Chicken skinned, cut into portions.Peel the onion and cut into thin half-rings. Garlic after cleaning in any way chop.
    2. Take a pot with a thick bottom or, for example, utyatnitsa, warm the oil in it, immerse the pieces of chicken in it and fry them until ruddy.
    3. Mix sour cream with water, pour this mixture into the pan with the chicken. Cover the container with a lid and simmer the ingredients for thirty minutes.
    4. In the meantime, get onions and garlic. Separately, fry them in oil until cooked.
    5. Take a small amount of broth from the pan, dissolve the flour and salt in it so that there are no lumps left. Pour this mixture back into the dish, mix everything.
    6. Add spices and fried garlic with onions, cover the pan with a lid, turn off the heat in a couple of minutes.

    Option Two

    This recipe involves cooking in a slow cooker.

    Prepare these ingredients:

    • 700-800 g of chicken fillet;
    • 1 onion;
    • two or three garlic cloves;
    • three or four art. l. vegetable oil;
    • a glass of sour cream;
    • 1.5 glasses of water;
    • a small pinch of nutmeg;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.

    Description of preparation:

    1. Prepare all the ingredients.Chicken fillet should be cut into small portions of medium size. Peel and chop the onion. Garlic after cleaning can be crushed in a press or blender.
    2. Pour oil into the bowl of the device so that it spreads along the bottom and smears the walls. Select a frying or stewing program. Fry the chicken fillet with onions. The hen should be a little golden, and the onions should be translucent and soft.
    3. Next, put sour cream in the bowl, and add water.
    4. Switch the slow cooker to the extinguishing program, cover with a lid and set the timer for thirty to forty minutes.
    5. Approximately five minutes before full readiness, you need to add salt with garlic and spices.
    6. Done!

    Option Three

    Try to cook spicy gulchehra with the addition of adzhika. It will turn out very tasty and unusual.

    List of required ingredients:

    • kg of chicken;
    • large onion;
    • a glass of sour cream;
    • three or four art. l. adzhiki;
    • 1.5 glasses of water;
    • parsley;
    • st. l. lemon juice;
    • three or four art. l. vegetable oil;
    • a little seasoning of hops-suneli;
    • salt.

    Instruction:

    1. Peel the onions, chop them, fry them in a deep frying pan in oil until transparent and light golden. Then put it in a bowl.Remaining oil is still required.
    2. Chicken cut, but not too small. Fry it in oil, which was previously prepared onions.
    3. Mix the water with sour cream, pour this mixture into the pan, cover it with a lid and cook the chicken for about half an hour.
    4. Next, put in a dish of fried onions, adjika and pre-washed and chopped parsley. Also pour in lemon juice.
    5. Cover the pan for five minutes again, salt gulchehra at the end and put the spices.

    Recommendations

    Some tips:

    • To prepare gulchekhra you can use almost any parts of the chicken carcass, for example, thighs, legs. Breast also fit, and in the process of extinguishing in sour cream, it will become softer and softer.
    • It is not necessary to remove the skin, but if you want the dish to be easier, then it is better to do it.
    • You can use different spices, such as cumin, hops-suneli,
    • If the chicken is wiry, then stew it longer so that it becomes softer.
