    Chicken Oatmeal Recipes

    Each mistress has his own favorite recipe for meatballs and little tricks in their preparation. Most often it is a classic in addition with different vegetables and spices in minced meat. Let's try to move away a bit from traditional ingredients and replace the bread (crackers) with oatmeal. And to cutlets turned out even juicier and softer, take meat for minced chicken.


    Chicken cutlets with oatmeal and mushrooms are easy to cook. To do this, take:

    • 200 g of champignons;
    • minced chicken fillet;
    • egg;
    • salt, paprika;
    • 100 ml of milk;
    • half a glass of oatmeal (quick);
    • medium onion;
    • ground pepper (black);
    • 3 cloves of garlic.

    Flakes 30 minutes soaked with egg, mixed with milk. Spices, chopped garlic and onions, salt and swollen oatmeal add to the stuffing. Thoroughly knead and fry in boiling oil in a well heated frying pan cutlets on both sides. Next, remove the big fire, fry at a slow, under the lid.It is important not to overcook the cutlets, otherwise they will turn out to be rather dry.



    To prepare, take:

    • 1kg minced thigh and brisket (chicken);
    • 50 g of dry oat flakes;
    • 200 grams of natural yogurt;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 egg;
    • spices, salt.

    Mix the flakes with yogurt and leave to soak for 20 minutes. Here it is important that the oatmeal turns into a homogeneous mass without dry lumps. But it is impossible to pour too much, otherwise the stuffing will turn out liquid. Therefore, proceed from the consistency of your yogurt. Now add chopped onion, oatmeal, salt, mix with spices. Knead well and leave in the fridge for another 20 minutes to cutlet dough was obedient when modeling. Next, the formed balls are rolled in breadcrumbs and spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven (200 degrees) for about 25 minutes, then add warm water and wait another 15 minutes for golden brown crust (temperature 180).



    • 500 g chicken fillet;
    • small onion;
    • 1 egg;
    • dry garlic and ground pepper;
    • salt;
    • turmeric (for color);
    • fresh chopped dill;
    • 100 g of crab sticks;
    • 2 tbsp oatmeal.

    Grind fillets with onions in a meat grinder.Crab sticks before adding to the mince finely rub, mix with dill and cereal. After we mix the spices and the egg. Then you need to knead the mass well, fry on low heat until a crust appears.

    These original recipes have come to taste more than one gourmet. Now it's your turn to enjoy some tender and tasty meatballs for lunch. And as a garnish, fresh vegetable salads, mashed potatoes, baked vegetables or cereal from rice and buckwheat will suit them.
