We will need:
- 1-2 medium zucchini or young zucchini
- 125g young peas
- basil bunch
- bunch of cilantro
- a few sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- Remove the peas from the pods and blanch for 2–3 minutes.
- Fresh herbs are well washed and dried.
- Flavor all ingredients until smooth, season with butter and ground pepper.
